Development background

The product was developed as a stainless steel air water jug to be used for selling drinks aboard a train. There is a demand for drinks to be kept warm from the time the coffee is brewed until it is delivered to the customer on the train. The high heat-retaining performance of the jug achieved it by the insulation effect of the double-walled, vacuum structure. Furthermore, to increase security in an environment with an unspecified number of people, the lid is designed with a locking mechanism to prevent foreign objects from entering. In September 2017, the key-operated lid lock was replaced with a dial lock for the better convenience.

Product details

The insulation effect of the stainless steel double-walled, vacuum structure enables heat retention for many hours. Furthermore, the lid has a lock for increased security to prevent it from being opened easily by anyone. As the water jug is made of stainless steel, the body does not break if it is dropped. In addition to being easy to carry with the handle, it has a swivel base at the bottom, so that the spout can be turned around easily even in the tight space.
With high maintainability, as the entire upper part can be removed, the inside of the water boiler can be washed easily by hand to always keep it clean. Because of the large opening design, pieces of ice can be put directly into the jug.
