Water Boiler Tank for Tea Dispenser
The stainless steel vacuum-insulated hot water tank retains heat effectively.
The tank contributes to saving energy.

Development background
Tiger Corporation co-developed a water tank with a tea dispenser manufacturer. This led to a reduction in power consumption for keeping water hot by about 30% (compared with conventional products). It saves energy and contributes to preventing global warming. Introducing the tea dispenser allows the operators to save labor and cut labor costs for preparing tea in operation sites and offices as well as schools, hotels, and restaurants.
Product details
Tea dispensers are designed to be installed in places where people gather, such as offices, schools, hotels, restaurants, drive-in facilities, hospitals, factories, and operation sites. If people can pour their own drinks in these places, it will save manpower in customer service. Furthermore, if the refilled drinks are kept warm, it will lead to better service. The insulation effect of the double-walled, vacuum structure keeps the surface temperature of the tank low. It helps prevent a rise in the temperature of the surroundings of the tank, and so the main body of the tea dispenser can be downsized decreasing the number of parts.
Water is always heated to and kept at 98°C so that many people can drink tea readily any time.
