Efforts to Ensure the Safety of Gas Cartridge Stoves

On February 19, the Japan Industrial Association Of Gas and Kerosene Appliances announced the results of a major accident investigation into gas appliances, including appliance made by Tiger.

We take this announcement very seriously and will make every effort to enhance the safety of our products and actively educate consumers about safety so that we can provide even greater safety and peace of mind to our customers.

In the event of future accidents, we will actively collect information and investigate the cause of the accident, and take prompt action in cooperation with the Japan Industrial Association Of Gas and Kerosene Appliances and related organizations.

In order to ensure safety, we will make proactive efforts to eliminate accidents caused by misuse.
