Tiger Corporation (President: Yoshisato Kikuchi, Headquarters: Kadoma City, Osaka), a world leader in thermal control technology, has released the MMP-D/E Tiger Custom Mini Bottle today, September 28 (Wed.) on our official website.
In July 2020, we launched the “Custom Bottle Series,” a series of bottles that can be customized from a lineup of multiple bodies and plugs. These products, which are available exclusively on our official website, have been well received by customers enjoying their own combination of features. The MMP-D/E is the fourth in the custom bottle series. In addition to popular colors such as Rainforest (dark green) and Pacific Beach (light beige), 5 brilliant new colors including Azalea (pink) and Anemonefish (orange) are now available. Weighing approximately 110 g, these lightweight bottles are suitable for carrying around. We recommend incorporating the bottle into your daily outfit as a fashion item.
The inner plug is certified by the SIAA (Society of International Sustaining Growth for Antimicrobial Articles) for its antibacterial finish, and the inner surface is made with Tiger’s proprietary hygiene design “BioGuard,” which makes use of Super Clean Plus, allowing you to use the bottle hygienically each day with peace of mind.

The MMP-D/E series uses Tiger’s proprietary BioGuard hygiene design, featuring a plug with an antibacterial finish and Super Clean Plus treatment on the inner surface of the bottle. We know it’s a product you’ll need every day, so we have developed the bottle with the aim of making it as safe and reliable as possible.
Bacterial growth is reduced by 99% or more compared to products without the antibacterial finish. *
Plug with SIAA-certified antibacterial finish
The SIAA-certified plug with an antibacterial finish satisfies the three criteria of antimicrobial properties that prevent the growth of bacteria, safety that meets the uniquely established safety criteria, and appropriate labeling about the antibacterial finish or materials used.

The SIAA marks are symbols for antibacterial properties established by the Society of International Sustaining Growth for Antimicrobial Articles.
Products that meet the three criteria of [1] antimicrobial properties (1), [2] safety (2) and [3] appropriate labeling (3) may carry the SIAA mark.
(*1) The proportion of bacteria on the surface of the product must be equal to or less than 1/100 that of a non-treated product, and the antimicrobial effect must remain after durability tests.
Antimicrobial properties are determined from the results of tests conducted in accordance with the international standard ISO 22196.
(*2) The safety criteria uniquely established by SIAA must be met.
(*3) The types of antibacterial agents used and parts treated must be clearly indicated

Super Clean Plus finish to resist stains and odors
The inner surface of the bottle does not use an environmentally hazardous fluorine coating. Instead, it is made with our proprietary Super Clean Plus electrolytic polishing technology to achieve the same level of stain resistance.
The smooth, glossy finish prevents stains and odors, allowing the bottle to be kept clean with a quick wash.
The bottle is also resistant to rusting, allowing it to be used for sports drinks.

The inner bottle material was thinned to the utmost limit (about 0.1 mm) using Tiger’s proprietary spinning technique. Weighing only about 110 g, it is lightweight and easy to carry.
Since it’s so easy to carry around, we recommend taking it out with you on small errands or to go jogging.

• Powder-coated, non-slip surface
A granular material is kneaded into the coating to intentionally make the coating film surface uneven so that it is difficult for the bottle to slip out of your hands even when they’re wet.
• A mug-like rim for smooth drinking
The rim boasts both the cleanliness and pleasant drinking experience of stainless steel. The upper part of the rim was curled to reproduce the mouth feel of a mug.
• Reliably keeps drinks hot or cold with vacuum insulation
High heat/low-temperature insulation performance achieved with the stainless steel, double-walled, vacuum structure! Hot drinks will stay hot and cold drinks will stay cold, that is, drinks can be kept at the best temperatures for drinking for many hours.
