An increasing number of consumers have a stronger preference for high-end products as they become willing to pay for what they recognize as added value in order to enrich their time at home during the COVID-19 pandemic. For this reason, there is a growing need for innovative home appliances with high added value. In response to these trends, we have developed the Siphonysta coffee maker, which automates the extraction process of siphon coffee, a type of coffee that has long been a favorite around the world. (1) An automatic siphon coffee system created by combining steam and heat control technologies

This exquisite product was created by making full use of the steam and heat control technologies that we have cultivated over many years. It instantly generates steam that evenly steeps all of the ground coffee, then uses an immersion method that differs from the typical drip method. This is a new method of extraction in which a pressure difference is generated between the top and bottom of the cylinder to decompress and filter the coffee. The result is a clear cup of coffee with the original aroma and flavor of beans brought out to the maximum.

(2) The Dual Temp Brewing Method, which brings out the luxurious flavors of specialty coffee beans

The Siphonysta is equipped with a Dual Temp function mode that switches the temperature during the extraction process to bring out the natural flavor of coffee beans. The resulting coffee has a rich and innovative taste that cannot be achieved with conventional extraction methods.

We are launching an ambassador program to attract roasteries, coffee shops, cafes, and other stores to spread the word about the Siphonysta.

This is a new business model in which coffee establishments (roasteries, coffee shops, and cafes) are recruited as ambassadors who incorporate the Siphonysta into their business, and when customers purchase the device on the official Tiger Corporation website, a commission is paid to the establishment.

This is a new initiative that allows customers who visit cafes and other stores to see the Siphonysta. We will continue to update our website to introduce these cafes and other stores.
