Vacuum Insulated Bottles MMP-W020/W030 and MMZ-W035/W050/W060 To be released on September 1, 2023

Tiger Corporation (President: Yoshisato Kikuchi, Headquarters: Kadoma City, Osaka) (“Tiger” or “we”), a world leader in thermal control technology, will release the Vacuum Insulated Bottles MMP-W020/W030 and MMZ-W035/W050/W060 on Friday, September 1, 2023.

According to a survey conducted by Tiger*1, the top complaints about vacuum-insulated bottles included difficulty of cleaning the inside of the bottle (26.5%), difficulty of cleaning the stopper (23.6%), and heaviness of the bottle (13.0%). The results drove us to develop Vacuum Insulated Bottles MMP-W020/W030 and MMZ-W035/W050/W060 to resolve the three complaints.

The product is easy to clean because the inner surface of the bottle is treated with Super Clean Plus finish to prevent stains and odors and the entire bottle is dishwasher and dish dryer safe. In addition, it is equipped with the Raku Raku Cap, Tiger’s first stopper that forms part of the gasket. The stopper forms part of the gasket and so there is no need to remove the gasket for cleaning, and the protruding threaded portion is easy to wash and odor resistant. By making the inner tube wall of the bottle body as thin as possible using Tiger’s proprietary spinning technique, we have made the product lighter. This has made possible the lightest screw mug bottle with a stopper that forms part of the gasket. *2

The bottle is provided with the Raku Raku Cap, Tiger’s first stopper that forms part of the gasket. The protruding threaded portion is easy to wash and odor resistant. The one-piece stopper saves you from having to attach and remove a gasket, eliminating worry about forgetting to attach it to the stopper, attaching it incorrectly, or losing it.

All you have to clean are just two parts, which are dishwasher and dish drier safe. After quickly rinsing the inside of the bottle, all you have to do is put the bottle body and stopper in a dishwasher and dish drier.

[3] Super Clean Plus finish to resist stains, odors, and rust

The inner surface of the bottle does not use an environmentally hazardous fluorine coating. Instead, it is made with our proprietary Super Clean Plus electrolytic polishing technology to achieve the same level of stain resistance. The smooth, glossy finish prevents stains and odors, allowing the bottle to be kept clean with a quick wash.
The bottle is also resistant to rust and can be used for sports drinks. (Clean the bottle immediately after use.)

Easy-to-carry lightweight and compact design

By making the inner tube wall as thin as possible using Tiger’s proprietary spinning technique, we have made the product lighter. The lightweight MMZ-W035 (0.35 L) and MMP-W020 (0.2 L), which weigh approximately 160 g and 110 g, respectively, are ideal for carrying around.

Product Specifications

• Actual capacity is the volume of drink that can be actually contained in the bottle when the stopper included with the product is put on the bottle.
• The heat insulation effect is the temperature of water in the bottle one to six hours after it is filled with hot water at 95±1°C and placed in an upright position and left standing at a room temperature of 20±2℃.
• The low-temperature insulation effect is the temperature of water in the bottle 6 hours after it is filled with cold water at 4±1℃ and placed in an upright position and left standing at a room temperature of 20±2℃.
