Vacuum Insulated Bottles for Carbonated Drinks MKB-T361/T481/T601 To be released on Feb. 21, 2025

Tiger Corporation (President: Yoshisato Kikuchi, Headquarters: Kadoma City, Osaka), a world leader in thermal control technology, will release the Vacuum Insulated Bottles MKB-T361/T481/T601 on Friday, February 21, 2025.

In January 2022, we released the “Vacuum Insulated Carbonated Bottles MTA-T050/T080/T120/T150,” the only bottles that keep carbonation from a Japanese manufacturer at the time*1, and in August 2023, we released the “Vacuum Insulated Carbonated Bottles MKB-T036/T048/T060,” which can also keep drinks warm. We have collaborated with sports teams and music festivals to encourage a lifestyle of carrying and enjoying carbonated beverages in vacuum insulated bottles.

While the body of the “Vacuum Insulated Carbonated Bottles MKB-T036/T048/T060” was previously available in subdued colors with a sense of quality, in response to many customers’ requests for more colors, we have added five new ones, including vivid clear colors and pearlescent colors*2. Keeping features like the BubbleLogic carbonation stopper structure to safely carry carbonated beverages anywhere and keep them cold, and the dishwasher/dish drier–safe property, we now offer a wider selection of colors.

We will continue to refine our proprietary technology cultivated over our 100-year history in the 101st year and beyond to provide high-quality products to the world so that our customers’ daily lives will be further enriched by Tiger Corporation’s Vacuum Insulated Bottles.

BubbleLogic stopper structure for carbonated drinks

The bottles have Tiger’s proprietary BubbleLogic stopper structure for carbonated drinks, which incorporates the following two special mechanisms, so that you can carry carbonated drinks safely to your office and outdoors.

Carbon dioxide release mechanism

The carbon dioxide release mechanism keeps carbon dioxide contained tightly in the bottle when the lid is closed during normal use. It allows carbon dioxide to drain first when the lid is opened, preventing the drink inside from erupting or exploding, and helps you open the lid easily.

Safety valve

The safety valve works so that the carbon dioxide inside the bottle can be automatically released when pressure inside the bottle rises to an abnormally high level, for example, when the bottle is heated because it is left in a car in midsummer. This mechanism prevents the stopper from flying off or the contents of the bottle from erupting.

Super Clean Plus that minimizes loss of carbonation and prevents stains and odors

Tiger’s proprietary smooth and lustrous Super Clean Plus finish is applied to the inner surface of the bottle to prevent the drink inside from losing carbonation easily.
It also resists stains and rust so that the interior of the bottle can always be kept clean by just washing it briefly. The bottle can also be used for sports drinks. (Clean the bottle immediately after use.)

*The drink inside may lose carbonation easily under certain conditions, such as when the volume of the remaining liquid is low and its temperature is high.
