“Steamless” structure not to let steam out

The “steam catcher structure*” that allows steam to turn into water droplets and return into the water boiler, preventing steam from being let out.
The structure eliminates the risk of getting scalded by accidental exposure to hot steam.

*Mechanism of the steam catcher structure
[1] The steamless feature sensor to detect boiling water is incorporated.
The generation of steam when water boils is detected immediately to minimize further creating steam needlessly.
[2] The steam generated during boiling enters from the draw-in entrance and is caught in the steam catcher incorporated into the lid.
[3] The steam is cooled while passing through the cooling passage in the steam catcher.
[4] The cooled steam condenses and turns into water droplets, and then returns into the inner container through the passage.

The water boiler automatically measures water volume ＜Hot water measuring function＞ (only for electric-powered dispensing)

The indicated level is the estimated volume of water dispensed. The estimated volume of water dispensed is indicated, making it convenient for preparing ingredients or cooking convenience food.*
The photo shows the indication when about 170 mL of hot water is dispensed.
　There may be some error depending on the volume of water to be dispensed or the way of pouring.

＜Power-saving VE insulation＞ for boiling plenty of water and keeping it warm with VE insulation

The high-vacuum double-walled bottle (VE bottle structure/stainless steel) container has a reliable structure that allows the hot water inside to be kept warm even after the kettle is switched off. The hot water is kept at about at least 90°C*even 2 hours after the kettle is unplugged! The kettle is very energy efficient and power-thrifty.
* The hot water in the kettle gets cold as time passes after it is unplugged.
VE is an abbreviation of vacuum electric.

Two-level dispense volume selection ＜Large volume & slow dispensing＞

The dispense volume can be switched between the quick “large-volume dispensing” for cooking and the “slow dispensing” for pouring a small amount of hot water slowly to make an instant soup or a cup of tea. You can select either of the dispense volume levels depending on your purpose.

Wide-lever electric-powered dispensing

The dispensing lever is located on the front in a stylish manner. Hot water can be dispensed from either the right or left side depending on the place where the water boiler is put or your dominant hand.

The water boiler detects when it is boiling dry and turns off automatically.

＜For electric-powered dispensing＞ Even when the operation keys are in the locked state (dispensing function is disabled), tilting or tipping over the main body may cause hot water to come out from the spout or steam vent, resulting in a scald.
