We use domestic rice flour from Kumamoto Flour Milling Co., Ltd., who put special attention into producing safe and reliable rice flour at a dedicated factory where the seven major allergens*, including wheat and milk, cannot be brought in.
Produced in a dedicated factory, the rice flour pack for our KBD-X100 Breadmaker was born from our desire to allow people who cannot eat wheat bread to enjoy 100% additive-free rice-flour bread at home.
*The seven allergens are milk, eggs, wheat, buckwheat, peanuts, shrimp, and crab.
This product is manufactured in a dedicated factory where specified allergens are not used. If you are extremely sensitive to allergic reactions to gluten, please consume with caution.

This product comes in a small packs 250 g, which is the amount needed for one loaf, allowing you can use it as it is without having to measure ingredients when baking bread with a breadmaker. Your additive and gluten-free bread will be ready in about 2 hours including the kneading, fermentation, and baking processes.
