The antibacterial finishing prevents the growth of bacteria by 99% or more (lid, stopper, and stopper cover)*

We want to deliver bottles that are safer and more reliable.
With this in mind, we used an antibacterial finish.
On the lid, stopper, and stopper cover with the antibacterial finish, the growth of bacteria is prevented by 99% or more, compared with untreated ones; this means the bottle can be used hygienically at any time.

Antibacterial finishing

The MCS-A series has a silver-based (Ag-based) antibacterial-finish.

• Test method: The antibacterial finish has been tested in accordance with JIS Z 2801 (ISO 22196).

• Test result: 2.0 or higher antibacterial activity value

“Antibacterial” refers to the prevention of bacterial growth.

Antibacterial stopper certified by the Society of International Sustaining Growth for Antimicrobial Articles (SIAA)

Products carrying the SIAA marks are subjected to quality control and information disclosure under the SIAA guidelines based on the results of evaluation conducted in accordance with ISO 22196.

The SIAA marks are symbols for KOHKIN (or antibacterial) established by the Society of International Sustaining Growth for Antimicrobial Articles.
Products that meet the three criteria of [1] antimicrobial properties (*1), [2] safety (*2) and [3] appropriate labeling (*3) may carry the SIAA mark.

(*1) The proportion of bacteria on the surface of the product must be equal to or less than 1/100 that of a non-treated product, and the antimicrobial effect must remain after durability tests.
Antimicrobial properties are determined from the results of tests conducted in accordance with the international standard ISO 22196.
(*2) The safety criteria uniquely established by SIAA must be met.
(*3) The types of antibacterial agents used and parts treated must be clearly indicated.

Super Clean Plus to prevent stains and odors

The smooth and lustrous Super Clean Plus finish is applied to the inner surface of the bottle. This makes it resistant to stains and odors and hygienic to use. Furthermore, it allows you to put a sports drink containing salt in the bottle.
*Please clean the bottle by rinsing it with water immediately after use.

Clean and easy-to-use, sustainable stainless-steel straw that resists stains and odors

A stainless-steel straw that can be used hygienically is incorporated into the spout. You can drink the contents easily without tilting the bottle greatly. The stainless-steel straw has higher resistance to stains and odors than resin straws. It can be washed in water, which makes cleaning easy, and can be kept hygienic. The stainless-steel straw is highly durable so that it can be used for many years.

The design that considers ease of opening makes it simple to do so with one hand

The loop stopper designed to make the lid easy to open with one hand is used for the part to open and close the lid. The mechanism allows you to push the button to unlock the lid with one finger and then hold the loop with the finger to open the lid.
