Guide to the Use of Repair Service

  • Select a “product category.”
  • STEP2
  • Enter the “product number.”
  • STEP3
  • Click Next.
  • STEP4
  • If the “product number” exists, you are prompted to go to the repair diagnosis or inquiry form.
    If you are prompted to go to the inquiry form, confirm the “Repair” and “Handling of personal information” in [Entry of Information for Request for Repair] and then fill in the form.
    If the corresponding “product number” is not listed, it may be that the “product number” does not exist or the performance parts for repair are discontinued; please contact us by phone. (Availability periods of performance parts for repair)
  • STEP5
  • Confirm the information entered and send the form.
  • STEP6
  • After you send the form, we will send an email to you confirming we have received it and our support personnel will contact you by email or phone from the following business day onward.

    *If you have configured a setting to reject emails sent from addresses other than specified ones by, for example, allowing emails only with specified domains to be received, our reply email may not be delivered to you. In this case, please add tiger.co.jp to the authorized domains or reset the setting to allow emails only with specified domains to be received.
