A healthy recipe using plant-based milk.
A HEALTHY AND VEGAN FRIENDLY BEVERAGE
Almond milk is a plant based milk that has a slightly sweet and nutty taste. It’s become a popular beverage because of its nutritional components and the fact that it’s 100% vegan. For those suffering from lactose intolerance or those who are on a plant based or vegan diet, almond milk is a great dairy-free alternative. It’s delicious on its own, can be enjoyed with cereal and oatmeal, and can be added to baked goods such as cookies and cakes. It’s also delicious in smoothies, coffees, and teas.
