Ingredients
- 2 1/2 tbsp Latte Grade Matcha (powder)
- 2/5 cup (3.5 oz) Soy milk
- 7 oz Cotton firm tofu
- 2/3 (3.5 oz) Avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1/6 cup (1.4 oz) Cream cheese
- 2 1/2 tsp (0.35 oz) Mayonnaise
- 1 clove (0.07 oz) Garlic, cored
- 1/3 tsp (0.07 oz) Salt
Directions
- Place soy milk , ingredients other than matcha, then matcha into the container, and firmly secure the lid.
- Turn the dial to start the blender and set the speed to “2”. Blend for 20 seconds. Once a certain amount of matcha is mixed in, turn the dial to start the blender and set the speed to “8”. Blend for 40 seconds and serve.
Recommended matcha: SAMIDORI or MATSUKAZE from Yamamasa Koyamaen (Latte grade)
If contents stick to the inside of the container while blending, stop operation, use a spatula, etc. to remove the stuck food, and then blend again
