Matcha, Banana and Broccoli Smoothie

A special collaboration recipe with Yamamasa Koyamaen

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 tbsp Latte Grade Matcha (powder)
  • 1 1/2 Banana peeled and cut in half
  • 2/5 cup (2.8 oz) Frozen Broccoli
  • 1 2/3 cups (14.1 oz) Soy Milk
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 Banana for garnish, peeled and sliced

Directions

  • Place the ingredients other than matcha into the container. Lastly, insert matcha and firmly secure the lid.
  • Turn the dial to start the blender and set the speed to "10". Blend for 1 minute and serve in a glass.

Recommended matcha: SAMIDORI or MATSUKAZE from Yamamasa Koyamaen (Latte grade) 

This recipe contains honey and should not be given to children under the age of one.

If you wish to decorate the glass with bananas as shown in the picture, placed sliced bananas inside of the glass before pouring the smoothie
