Ingredients
- 3 1/3 tbsp Ceremonial Grade Matcha (powder)
- 6 1/6 cups (53 oz) Milk
- 2 cups (16.8 oz) Water
- 2/5 cup (2.8 oz) Sugar
- Ice cubes to taste
Directions
- Place half of the milk and half of the sugar into the container and firmly secure the lid.
- Turn the dial to start the blender and set the speed to “1”. Blend for 1 minute and pour into glasses filled with ice.
- Blend the remaining milk and sugar in the same way and pour them out.
- Place water and matcha into the lightly washed container and firmly secure the lid.
- Turn the dial to start the blender and set the speed to “1”. Blend for 15 seconds. Once a certain amount of matcha is mixed in, turn the dial to start the blender and set the speed to “8”. Blend for 20 seconds and slowly pour into the glass from directions #2.
Recommended matcha: OGURAYAMA from Yamamasa Koyamaen (Ceremonial grade)
You can also use soy milk or oat milk instead of milk.
