Ingredients
- 1 tbsp ceremonial Grade Matcha (powder)
- 3 1/6 cups (27.2 oz) Soy milk
- 1 3/4 cups (11.3 oz) Strawberry frozen
- 2 1/3 (5.6 oz) Kiwis, remove the stem, peeled and cut in half.
- 2 tbsp (1.5 oz) Honey
Directions
- Place 1 1/6 cups (9.9 oz) soy milk, kiwi, and matcha into the container and firmly secure the lid.
- Turn the dial to start the blender and set the speed to "2". Blend for 15 seconds. Once mixed to some extent, turn the dial to start the blender and set the speed to "10". Blend for 45 seconds and pour into glasses.
- Place 2 cups (17.1 oz) soy milk, strawberries, and honey into the washed container and firmly secure the lid.
- Turn the dial to start the blender and set the speed to "10". Blend for 1 minute and slowly pour into the glasses.
Recommended matcha: OGURAYAMA from Yamamasa Koyamaen (Ceremonial grade)
Pour the contents down the glass to make it easier to separate into two layers.
This recipe contains honey and should not be given to children under the age of one.
