Matcha Tiramisu

Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 tbsp (0.35 oz) Latte Grade Matcha
  • 2/3 cup (10.6 oz) Mascarpone
  • 1 1/2 cups (12.7 oz) Heavy cream
  • 7.05 oz Sponge cake, cut into approximately 2cm squares
  • 2/3 cup Water
  • 2/5 cup (2.82 oz) Granulated sugar

Directions

  • Spread the sponge cake in your favorite container/glass.
  • Place water, 1 1/2 tbsp (0.7 oz) granulated sugar, then matcha into the container, and firmly secure the lid.
  • Turn the dial to start the blender and set the speed to "1". Blend for 10 seconds. Once mixed to some extent, turn the dial to start the blender and set the speed to "4". Blend for 20 seconds and pour over the sponge cake from directions #1.
  • Place heavy cream, 4 tbsp (1.83 oz) granulated sugar, then mascarpone into the washed container and firmly secure the lid.
  • Turn the dial to start the blender and set the speed to "4". Blend for 30 seconds, and pour over the contents from directions #3. (Adjust the stirring time accordingly)
  • Sprinkle matcha on top. (not listed)

Recommended matcha: SAMIDORI or MATSUKAZE from Yamamasa Koyamaen (Latte grade)
