Matcha Vegan Soup

A special collaboration recipe with Yamamasa Koyamaen

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 tbsp Ceremonial Grade Matcha (powder)
  • 2 1/2 cups (21.4 oz) Soy Milk
  • 130g Tofu
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Edamame, cooked
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Place ingredients other than matcha into a container, add matcha and firmly secure the lid.
  • Turn the dial to start the blender and set the speed to "1". Blend for 15 seconds. Once mixed to some extent, turn the dial to start the blender and set the speed to "8". Blend for 1 minute.
  • Transfer the contents to a pot, heat, season with salt, and serve in a bowl.

Recommended matcha: SAMIDORI or MATSUKAZE from Yamamasa Koyamaen (Latte grade)
