THE BEST HOMEMADE CRANBERRY SAUCE

A holiday meal wouldn’t be complete without roast turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, and green bean casserole. But let’s not forget one of the most iconic—yet sometimes overlooked—Thanksgiving staples: cranberry sauce.

Whether considered a side dish or a condiment, cranberry sauce offers a dynamic flavor profile, balancing tartness with sweetness and a touch of warmth from spices like cinnamon and cloves.

While store-bought cranberry sauce has its merits, making it from scratch at home is incredibly simple—and the flavor can be taken to the next level with ease!

And the best part? A multi-cooker makes the entire process effortless!

HOW TO MAKE CRANBERRY SAUCE IN A MULTI-COOKER

To prepare homemade cranberry sauce, all ingredients should be placed into the inner pot of the multi-cooker and thoroughly mixed, ensuring the cranberries are evenly coated with the orange juice, sugar, and cinnamon blend.

For this recipe, frozen cranberries are preferred, as they are flash-frozen immediately after harvest, preserving their fresh tartness and vibrant flavor.

By selecting Programmed Menu #20 on the Tiger multi-cooker and pressing Start, you can focus on other aspects of your holiday meal while the sauce cooks to perfection.

Once the timer signals completion, the cranberries simply need to be mashed before serving. Their tangy sweetness will provide the perfect contrast to the savory elements of your holiday spread, and any leftovers can be conveniently stored in the fridge—ideal for enhancing post-holiday meals in the days to come!

Enjoy your meal and have a wonderful holiday season!
