Bitterness, acidity, and aroma brought out by DRIP.
Sweetness and richness brought out by IMMERSION.
DRIP refers to the permeation brewing we are all familiar with.
It brings out the full flavor and aroma, and delivers a crisp, clear taste.
IMMERSION refers to the immersion brewing. It brings out sweetness and richness brewed over time while
eliminating any unpleasant bitter or astringent taste by slowly immersing the coffee grounds in hot
water like a siphon or a French press.
HYBRID BREW is a method of brewing by alternately repeating DRIP and IMMERSION.
The bitterness, acidity, sweetness, richness and aroma of the coffee are all well-balanced
to maximize the natural taste of the coffee.
The immersion process suppresses excess bitterness, acidity, and other unpleasant bitter or astringent
tastes, so the overall flavor is not too strong,
and even the sweetness, which is often overpowered by other flavors, is more prominent.
New brewing technology
Coffee makers combining DRIP and IMMERSION brewing
Valve control controls extraction flow

Triple-control process to make HYBRID BREW even tastier

brewing,
achieve a mild flavor and consistent, deep richness, which is hard to achieve with manual brewing.
Immersed steaming to maximize the flavor
Steaming is essential for extracting the full flavor of the coffee.
It is equipped with “immersed steaming,” which allows the coffee.
grounds to be thoroughly soaked in hot water to bring out a rich flavor.
Brewing method that draws out the flavor by allowing hot water to permeate the coffee grounds. A more conventional brewing method often seen in cafes and shops. The brewing technique, such as temperature and pouring, has a significant impact on the taste, as the brewed ingredients change depending on how the hot water and coffee grounds come into contact with each other. Pour-over using a paper filter is typical.
Brewing method that draws out the flavor by immersing the coffee grounds in hot water. The taste is less likely to be inconsistent because it makes the coffee grounds and hot water come into contact evenly. Immersing the coffee grounds allows the hot water to cover the entire grounds and bring out the natural taste of the coffee beans. Typical methods include a siphon and a French press.
